As our products are digital downloads, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

Digital Products

All products available through MyGoodMultiples are digital products. No physical products are shipped.

Once your purchase is completed, your download link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Download or Access Issues

If you have purchased a product but cannot access or download your file, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you access your purchase.

When contacting us, please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order and determine whether a refund or other solution is appropriate.
